Angus has comprehensive experience in senior level business management for Cowry Online Consulting, Tourism Tropical North Queensland, Tourism Tasmania, and the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse. He has extensive project management, project delivery, contract negotiation/performance, and executive management of human and financial resources as well as a proven track record of using information technology to make holidays accessible and more easily purchased globally through innovative database and website development and maintenance.

Angus is skilled in identification, planning and management of e-business, electronic distribution and Internet opportunities and projects, which increase the efficiency of business, broadens the electronic distribution of tourism product, and ensures customer satisfaction through the maximisation of conversion opportunities. He is experienced in the strategic planning and the integration and alignment of online strategies with corporate objectives and marketing programs.

He has extensive experience in information management including the identification, development and management of data share agreements with key industry stakeholders including peak tourism bodies, and other government agencies to increase the level of relevant tourism product available for electronic distribution.

Su Sprott
Business Manager

Su also has excellent understanding of the Australian tourism industry. Su recently undertook a major project for Tourism Tropical North Queensland involving extensive research relating to the national experience matrix co-ordinated through Tourism Australia. Su’s professional background is as an outdoor education teacher, where she assisted with the development of outdoor education curriculum in Tasmania and has helped design and teach many competency based training programs for outdoor educators.
